Scheduling Appointments

Appointments are scheduled in advance. New clients begin with a complimentary consultation to create a service plan.

Arrival & Punctuality

I arrive promptly. If delayed due to unforeseen events, I will contact you immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. Accepted: cash, check, Venmo, or credit card. Pre-paid packages must be paid in full before services begin.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All information and personal belongings are treated with discretion, care, and confidentiality.

Respectful Environment

We work collaboratively with mutual respect and professionalism. Communication is always encouraged.

Safety Disclosure

Please inform me of any safety hazards in your space ahead of service time.

Photography Release

Photos for marketing may be taken with written consent from the client before use.
