Clear expectations for thoughtful service

These policies are designed to support respectful communication, dependable scheduling, and a professional working relationship for every CherThere LLC client.

These guidelines help create a smooth and respectful experience for both CherThere LLC and the clients it serves. Policies may be updated from time to time as services grow and change.

1. Scheduling appointments

Appointments are scheduled in advance. New clients may begin with an initial consultation so service needs, goals, and expectations can be discussed before work begins.

2. Arrival and punctuality

CherThere LLC aims to arrive on time and communicate promptly if unforeseen circumstances affect timing.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled session cost.

4. Payment

Payment is due according to the agreed service terms. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, Venmo, credit card, or other approved arrangements. Prepaid packages, if offered, must generally be paid in full before services begin.

5. Confidentiality and privacy

Client information, household details, schedules, and belongings are treated with care, respect, and discretion. CherThere LLC values privacy and aims to maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.

6. Respectful environment

Services are provided in a collaborative and professional environment. Open communication, mutual respect, and appropriate boundaries are expected throughout the working relationship.

7. Safety disclosure

Clients should share any known safety concerns, hazards, access issues, pets, or other conditions that may affect the session before service begins.

8. Photography and marketing use

Photos or project documentation for portfolio or marketing use will only be taken or shared with client permission. Written consent may be requested before any identifiable images or project details are used publicly.

9. Scope of service

Services are limited to the agreed scope of work. If additional support is requested during a session, it may require additional time, fees, or a separate appointment.
